As always, I’m impressed. Great video with good information. I have really started paying attention to my laungauge and body launguage lately. I’m amazed at how poorly most of us conduct ourselves especially me. I catch my self slouching, using sarcasm in conversations, staring off into space when I’m talking with someone, not listening at all, and a buch of other stuff that is probably not very productive in terms of building rapport and trust. Funny how when you notice some thing and start paying attention to it, all of a sudden more of that thing happens to appear in your life. Like this video. Almost creepy how the timing was for me. Again, thanks for sharing.

Thanks, I’m glad you guys find the info helpful.

Joe – Many agents are not aware of all the mistakes they make during conversations and presentations. And they wonder why somebody else gets the listing or the sale. You are already miles ahead of most agents – you know what you’re doing and what needs to improve. Good job!

Beth – yes, there will be more free Gravity PLUS goodies for ya here on Monday.

I am on the same page as you Borino,
In todays life, especially where I am, people loosing more and more their trust factor.
Nobody wants to trust anybody anymore, even this fact shows in their personal relationship.
It looks like we have to work harder and longer to establish that factor back again with the techniques or system you are bringing to our attention.
    Thank you for that Borino!
