Snakes and Real Estate

If you’re like me, you’re probably not a big fan of sales scripts and clever pushy “lines”. There is a much easier influence solution. Here is the same NLP principle Tony Robbins used on live television to cure a woman form a snake phobia. You can use the same technique on real estate “phobias” our prospects and customers face. Like when they get cold feet just before listing their house. Or balk from signing a purchase contract. Check it out:

    Oscar – one of the techniques Tony uses to shift and make a change quickly is the very same one you saw in the video – Pattern Interrupt. I’ve seen him do it live several times – it is effective, and also very impressive.

    Dave – You mean: “Look into my eyes. You become the house… you are the house…” I don’t think even Tony Robbins could pull that off 😉
    But seriously, your clients – they WANT to move, but they get stuck in their loops. That’s where Pattern Interrupt technique can be very effective. Give it a try first and see if it works for you.
